CHARTERED SENIOR CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a civil & structural design consultancy with offices in
Dublin City & Limerick
You will manage large scale projects from conception through to
construction stage.
You will take ownership of your projects with the support of highly
experienced team and directors.
You will carry out and oversee design work in various materials.
You will attend client and site meetings.
You will assist with staff training and mentoring of trainees and
graduates.
You will undertake surveys/site inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
A level 8 qualification in civil / structural engineering
You will be a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland (or
equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Ireland
Experience with the Irish Planning system
As a Civil engineer you will have experience and knowledge of Civil
Design Software - Windes/ Causeway Flow, AutoCAD/ Civil 3D, Microsoft
Office applications desirable
As a structural Engineer you will have experience in structural
analysis packages (such as Tekla, Tedds, Etabs, etc.);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Motivation to succeed and progress your career within this
consultancy.
Good time management skills, with ability to prioritise work and
manage tasks concurrently.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients,
consultants, contractors, and third parties.
